Return Policy is a scheme or service provided by respected Retailers to all our Customers at all the categories. is trading may not have the same return policy, so it can be different in a lot of ways so here we have listed all categories with their return Policies so that Customer can Shop online frequently and securely knowing all the prospects of Online Shopping, we prefer all our Customers to read our return policies before placing an order, will be only responsible in frame of its Policy to meet customer demands and needs.


In Order to Replace or Exchange your Delivered items you need to follow these rules and your exchange or replacement requested product should meet the following criteria to be easily accepted by the Delivery Agent for a replacement or exchange.

Unused Product - The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

Undamaged Product - The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Correct Product - IMEI/ Name/ Image/ Brand/ Serial Number/ Article number/ Bar code should match.

Complete Product - All in-the-box accessories freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Undamaged Packaging - Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

For Furniture, any product related issues will be checked by an authorized service person (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service person opens that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.
